While owned personally by the principals, the transaction was directly aligned with Stonefish’s strategic vision—accelerating time-to-market for our ASC platform and reducing startup costs by several million dollars. The acquisition provided immediate operational capacity and reinforced the team’s reputation for identifying and executing high-impact, value-driven healthcare real estate transactions.

360 Corporate Drive is a fully-permitted ground-up development project. It will bring 53,000 sq ft of class A space to the seacoast, including lab space, medical clinics, and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). There is also ground-floor space allocated for imaging and other ancillary services. It is located in the heart of the Pease International Tradeport with easy access to interstate 95 as well as Route 4, Route 16, and Route 1.
